What is a Family Hub?
A Family Hub is a place where children, young people and their families can go to access services from different agencies in their local area.
There will also be a range of services provided from within the Family Hub, including:
- Midwives & Health Visitors
- Infant Feeding Support
- Emotional Health & Wellbeing
- Stay and Play Sessions
- Parenting Support
- Housing Support
- Benefits & Welfare Rights Advice
- Employment & Training
- Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) Support
- Out Of School Activities
- Birth Registrations
- Adult Education

Accessing services from a Family Hub is simple. You can walk in, contact us via telephone or email, or a professional can connect you.
Family hubs will be open from Monday to Friday, with some services offered at evenings and weekends. Access to services will also be provided from other locations in your community.

There will be eight Family Hubs across the city. Family Hubs services will also be delivered through other sites across Bilston.

What’s on at my local Family Hub?
The Family Hubs will offer a wide range of activities, with weekly timetables. These include regular stay and play sessions for parents, carers and their children, breastfeeding support groups, coffee mornings, child development clinics, parental support sessions and much, much more.
